About: incrEDIBLE CLUB plays an important role in creating food processing and technology awareness. It is a platform where student get knowledge about food processing, techniques, nutrition and food entrepreneurship.

Objectives: 

  • To educate the students about different dietary and functional food.
  • To create clean and hygienic practice and procedure of food processing.
  • To motivate students for innovative new product development.
  • To involve student in different activities like entrepreneurship and skilled development programs.

Activities: 

  • To aware students about new processing and techniques of food technology.
  • Action based activities like food exhibition, recipes contest.
  • Organize seminars, guest lecture workshops on food technology.
  • Sensitize the student about food waste management and their use in food processing.
