Department of Hotel management, UIM, Uttaranchal University conducted the Fruits and vegetables carving workshop cum Practical session based on Punjabi cuisine and Italian cuisine for BHM-5th Semester and & 7th Semester on the date of 10th September 2021. After a long time Fruit and Vegetable carving practice session done by our students, to add a new hands-on-skill. Our students were very excited and showing their passion on carving workshop. They also prepared Assorted Italian pizza from Italy and  few dishes from Punjabi cuisine such as Peshawari chhole, Bhattura, Peas pulao, Boondi raita.

Chef Bikky singh Panwar, Assistant Professor, Department of Hotel Management conducted the fruits and vegetables carving workshop and food production theme based practical.

Mr. Manish Badoni, HOD, Department of Hotel management, UIM, Uttaranchal University motivated the students for improved their hands skill for future chef.
